Lake Mary - Central Florida Real Estate

                                                                                                                                                                         Today, Cas and I had the opportunity to attend the Street of Dreams at Lake Club with our good friend & fellow RE/MAX Central REALTOR, Lashawn Norden.

We all agreed that it is very exciting to have the Street of Dreams in Seminole County this year, putting the focus on the luxury lifestyle that is available in Lake Mary.

The first home "Chateau d'Usse", built by Hillcrest Homes with interiors by CEC Interiors features 11,026 SF of living space and is priced at $9,250,000 furnished.

If I had to sum up this home in three words, the first thing that comes to mind is... "Over The Top!" 

From the master bedroom closet (the size of my first apartment) with it's flat screen television, laundry area and ironing board to the resort style pool with it's own lazy river and waterfall grotto, this home is sure to please.  The outdoor entertaining areas feature overhead misters to keep you cool during the hot Florida summer and the lake views complete the opulent setting.

My favorite feature of this home had to be the fireplaces... I love a good fire, even in Florida.  The first fireplace that we encountered was in the master bathroom next to the jetted tub, there was also a fireplace in the master bedroom, the living room, a two sided fireplace in the gathering room / game room, the outdoor living room and fire-pit in the pool.  What can I say.. I was a girl scout.

DIRECTIONS to Shuttle Parking Lot:  From I4: Take exit 98, W Lake Mary Blvd./Heathrow, Go West on Lake Mary Blvd. to Markham Woods Rd turn left, Go 1 mile - turn left on Long Pond Rd., Go .5 mile - turn left into Veramonte, Shuttle will bring you to Lake Club

PARKING:  Free parking is available off site. A free shuttle will bring you from the parking lot to the Ticket Office.

SNACK BAR:  Sandwiches, wraps, salads, snacks and beverages are available for sale at the Street of Dreams Café.  Managed by Gooding's Catering.
