What would Tiger Woods like for Father's Day? That's an easy question... a U.S. Open Championship would be the best gift he could get.
What have I been doing the past three days? I've been working, but more importantly I've been watching the U.S. Open. I've seen Tiger play some of the best "edge of your seat" golf in years. I've missed him the past few months while he has been recovering from knee surgery, I've haven't watched much golf... it's good for business, it's just not the same without him.
Between grimaces of pain, Tiger chipped-in on the 17th and made the Eagle on the 18th, he looked flawless. I sat teary eyed as the "human highlight reel" took the lead and positioned himself to be the next Open Champion. Go Tiger!

Tiger is a marvel to watch.
I've been half watching it too as my husband is watching intently. They keep focusing on the injury, but true champs, like Tiger is, work through the pain. He plays golf like second nature, and I knew it wouldn't slow him down.
Tiger is, in my mind... the greatest golfer of all time.
Donna - I love golf... I'm awful, but I love to play and watch. Tiger is amazing.
Tiger is really something to watch...his drive and his ambition is amazing, even by professional sports standards.
I do hope he wins but that knee is certainly bothering him a lot!
Ive been living in a cave for so long, I will tune in Sunday for sure. Thanks for the heads up. Watching Tiger is what it must have been like to watch Babe Ruth!
Deb, of course Rick had the U.S. Open on last night..and you are right, Tiger was awesome...especially on those last two holes! He started off kind of rocky today, but as I write this, he is one shot back...he truly is an amazing athlete who works at his "job" like no other. Enjoy the finale!
Tiger ties it on the 18 green! Big playoff Monday at the US Open!
Tiger is just nothing short of remarkable... I enjoyed watching him put on quite a show.
